Increasingly stringent regulatory requirements, combined with scarce capital resources, requires owners of water and wastewater treatment facilities to operate their systems compliantly and within tight budgets.  To meet this need, N.D. Pond, Inc. was created in 2002 by Nick Pond to meet the growing operations, maintenance and management  needs for owners of small to medium-sized water and wastewater systems. 

Mr. Pond is a Minnesota Class A certified wastewater operator and a Class C certified water operator.  He has twenty years of “hands on” experience in the areas of water and wastewater treatment plant operation, maintenance, management and consulting.  He holds a degree in Water Resources Management/Water Pollution Control Technology and has served as a municipal Water/Wastewater Superintendent, a Project Manager for an international contract operations firm and as a consulting Water and Wastewater Operations Specialist for one of Minnesota’s largest engineering firms.
